Grade: G-6.5 Quality This specimen is robustly constructed via bifacial collateral pressure flaking, heavy stem grinding and longitudinal thinning and a specialized graver spur tip.

Type: Windust Farrington Recurved Stemmed Lanceolate / Knife
Material: Opaque Black Obsidian
Size: 2-13/16" Long x 1-1/16" Wide.
Grade: G-4 to 5 Quality. This specimen has large random percussion scars followed by collateral edge pressure flaking resulting in a sturdy utilitarian implement. One auricle was damaged from rocking in the haft but the maker apparently anciently re-sharpened around it and kept using it until discard. One blade edge has been worked straight, while the opposite edge retains excurvature, the tip has an oblique shear.
Provenance: Was reportedly found by Marie Dyke while surface hunting private land located in SE Oregon, x Randy McIntosh Coll, G4-5 Quality, comes with a Rogers COA.

Grade: G-6 to 7 Quality. This specimen exhibits heavy ancient use wear but in good condition. The flaking is a mix of random percussion and collateral pressure with tertiary edgework, there is a strong median ridge on each face and the stem is heavily ground with longitudinal thinning on one face and horizontal thinning on the opposite face.  
Provenance: Found on private land owned by Jerry Langdon, x Kari Kolberg (his Grand Daughter) Collection in Eastern Oregon, comes with a Rogers COA.

Material: Maroon jasper with heavy patination and moderate mineral deposits.
Size: 1-7/8" Long x 15/16" Wide.
Grade: G-7 to 8 Quality. This specimen has very fine bifacial pressure flaking across each face and moderate lateral stem grinding and thinning to form. Technological attributes suggest a relationship with Windust and possibly Gatecliff Splitstem type of dart points at the onset of the Altithermal Archaic Period.
Provenance: Found near the Columbia River on private land located between Priest Rapids and Vantage in Kittitas Co, WA by Norma Berg during the 1940-50’s. This collection reportedly contained several thousand artifacts stored in well over 100 frames. In the Fall of 2011 the Berg Family consigned the collection to Jim Bennett.
